I worked with several Chinese herbal manufacturing companies to develop company materials, including these symposium and tradeshow materials.
Blue Poppy Enterprises attends 6-8 tradeshows annually, but the Pacific Symposium offers them the most visibility. They have seen an almost 15% increase in customer base and 15-20% increase in sales (up from 5-10% in the previous 10 years) since introducing these sales materials in 2018.
Besides design, layout, and overseeing production of the tradeshow and symposium sales materials, I worked with the owner and COO of Blue Poppy to create campaigns for product lines, which we carried digital marketing campaigns and the website, as well as printed educational and sales materials for the products.
Skills & Deliverables
I began the discovery process and customer demographics research for a brand update in 2017. The tradeshow, marketing, and sales materials for 8-10 product lines were developed and designed over the course of 18 months while Blue Poppy attended various tradeshows. The following assets we developed and designed for a modular booth that could be used in different space and sales contexts:
- Two large 8-10′ backdrops
- 6-8 7′ retractable banners
- 12+ product boards for table display for different product lines
- Several styles of table drops
- Product spec sheets and educational materials
- RFID reader that showcased 60 products, including slides for each
